Prior you book an appointment, please review the policies below.
If you are a first-time client, complete the appropriate consent form at the bottom of this page according to your appointment
type before arriving.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved time exclusively for you. A credit card is required to secure all scheduled appointments.
Please note all new clients must complete our client forms before treatment takes place, so we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy our waiting area while completing all required forms.

Late Arrival
Our scheduling is designed to allow the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please note a late arrival will deny you of your full treatment time. In order to give all our clients the treatment they deserve, your treatment time must end on time so that our scheduling system is effective. Those whom arrive 20 minutes late with no contact will be considered a “no show” and charged 100% via your card left of file.
Cancellation
In the event you must cancel your appointment, we do request a 24 -hour notice in order to avoid cancelation fees. We know life happens and will always do our best to avoid charging for cancellations but please note appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cancelled.
No Show
An uncanceled or unfulfilled appointment will result 100% of the service being charged to the card left on file.
Children
Out of respect to all clients receiving treatments we ask that you make arrangements for childcare during your treatment. Children under 18 years of age receiving a treatment must be accompanied by an adult.
